So happy that I got to cook for some clients who live in Ormstown . It was possible because of my friend Michelle . Thank you for this opportunity. We did two different mini menus and food was packed for individuals .

I have one of each menu extra if any one is interested. Menu 1 has Chana masala and mixed vegetables
Menu 2 has daal fry and aloo gobhi
Both come with basmati rice
$10/container
I also have two extra family sized containers of Daal fry if any one is interested

Daal Fry ( pigeon lentils daal )

Today in the kitchen Samosas for an order . Potatoes and peas for the filling.
You can always place your orders for Samosas any time. Will always cater to your preferences without spice or regular spice and since I had got this requested earlier can make them without peas too.
Update about the price : From tomorrow onwards ( July 1,2025) they will be $2.50/piece . If interested in them , post/message
If you have placed order by today , you will pay the old price.

Good Evening, Finally my shoulder feeling well enough , so here is the menu for this weekend . Please place your orders by Saturday for pick up on Sunday .
Rice is included with a minimum order of two containers. For orders of one container rice can be bought for a price . Good can be ordered regular spice or no chillies as per your taste

Father’s Day brunch for the dad in our house aka my husband 😁 High protein breakfast pizza , paneer tikka skewers, fruit bowl and yogurt and Smoothie

Good evening, hope you are all doing well . This weekend I am not doing a menu as I hurt my right shoulder , will be posting Father’s Day menu either tomorrow or Saturday .
In the mean time here are some pictures of a High Tea style brunch I made to celebrate our 31st Wedding Anniversary yesterday . I made all the items except for Macaroons.
Cream cheese and cucumber sandwiches , crumpets, curried chicken salad lettuce cups, baked Brie and blueberry cups and almond flour scones and of course tea .

Also I apologize that because of some kind of glitch the Mother’s Day menu never got posted. I have no idea what happened. It was a special street food style menu. If more people are interested; I can make the same menu next Saturday . Will leave the menu here once again
