Attention my zero Chilies people . I am making some zero chilies items next week. If you are interested in any items listed below please send me a message / post here. Pick up is not decided yet most likely closer to next weekend . This zero chilies menu is also vegan

Hi Everyone , first of all wishing Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and your family . Hope you spend wonderful time with family and friends .

I am back from my India visit. It was amazing spending time with family and specially attending my Niece’s wedding . It was a dreamy Indian wedding in the beautiful mountain resort at Coorg. The food was delicious and the huge variety was absolutely delicious and mouth watering . Was so happy to meet extended family and friends , meeting some of them after over 25 years . I had a great time .

Wishing you and yours a very Happy Diwali 🪔. May the lights of this festival bring good health and prosperity in your lives
We celebrate Diwali by offering prayers, decorating our home with lights and especially spending time with family and friends. Like all celebrations Diwali also includes having sweet treats and delicious food. The food we eat is Satvik food , which means it’s vegetarian food without the use of onions and garlic.

Good Morning , as the time for me to visit India comes closer; I am offering you a variety of items to choose from and order . You can order them with regular spice and / or zero chilies

These are the items I’m offering
Chana Masala ( chickpeas curry)
Aloo Gobhi ( potatoes and cauliflower)
Mixed lentils daal
Daal palak ( lentils with spinach)
Matar paneer ( green peas and paneer curry)
Paneer and vegetables fried rice

Along with these I am also offering
Roasted Vegetables and Quinoa salad
If you need any other items do let me know and I will try to accommodate.

Family sized containers : $16/each
Quinoa salad: personal size :$9 each
For 2 people ; $17 each

So I will be doing some extra menus during this month including a zero chilies menu as well . Also this is when you can order extra containers to freeze and the se later.

Good Morning, here is the menu of the week . Please place your orders by Saturday for pick up on Sunday August 18,2024 .

This week one of the option is Matar Paneer a curry made with green peas and paneer . This curry is a good source of protein. Paneer is a great source of protein for people who don’t eat meat but consume milk and milk products . And peas are good source of fibre & some protein .

Last week’s food event at Ormstown was great . The food was appreciated. Thank you again Michelle. We will plan and make it happen again .

The second is lentils ( daal ) with aloo gobhi and basmati rice .

Hello , here is the menu for this weekend , please place your orders by Saturday for pick up on Sunday, July 28
This week I am making the Kala Chana salad ( dark chickpeas salad ) which is so full of summer flavours, raw mango, crunchy cooling cucumber and a citrusy cumin based dressing which has just a little heat to it and at the same time so filling. My favourite ❤️
