I have some extra food from yesterday. Family sized containers

Rice included with the purchase of two containers

On Saturday I made two different varieties of pakoras ( fritters) for a party
Daal pakora ( fritters made with soaked and ground lentils)
Onion Pakora
Were enjoyed by the guests

Hello,
Here is the menu for this weekend, please place your orders by Saturday for pick up on Sunday. This will be one of the last few menus before I leave for India to visit my parents. I plan to go there every year as they can't fly here with their old age.

Just a note the items freeze very well, so if you want to have some extras in your freezer it can be a good idea for busy holiday time. You can order the food with either zero chilies or regular spice.

I am happy to tell that finally I am switching to paper compostable containers for the food . The first step is for the regular size containers and soon it will be for the family sized ones as well

Good Morning,
This weekends menu has South Indian food for you plus delicious roti wraps.
South Indian food uses lot of fresh curry leaves in cooking and fresh coconut for it's proximity to the coast where they have abundance of coconut trees. Traditionally the food is served on fresh banana leaves. Sambhar vada is one of the delights and uses lentils and veggies so a very Indian keto. Lemon rice is full of fresh flavours and is served in many temples to people who visit.
I am also offering roti wraps . One filled with paneer, veggies , green chutney and sweet and sour tamarind chutney. Another kind filled with potatoes and chickpeas plus the chutneys for flavour. You can heat then cold or heat them up
A must try.
Place your orders by Saturday for a pick up on Sunday

Good Afternoon,
Very excited to inform that I will be a vendor at the Treats and Treasures Fair this weekend at the Beaconsfield United Church. This fair is a fundraiser for a young man who is bravely fighting Lung Cancer. His mom is a friend and a fellow artisan.
Attached with the mail is my menu for this fair and the details of the location and time . Please do visit this fair. I will be bringing in pre packed 2 items plus Rice meals for single person in containers. Also some bigger containers of the Chana masala, aloo gobhi and daal packed individually. If you are in West Island and want to order food for pick up there, do let me know by tomorrow evening so your order is ready for you.

For my clients in Vaudreuil , pick up will be scheduled for Sunday evening. The menu stays the same for regular pickups in Vaudreuil as always rice included with the purchase of two containers for food

Good Afternoon ,
Here is the menu for this weekend . Please note that this weekend the pick up is on Saturday. Next week on Monday is Diwali , so as part of celebration with every order , dessert will be included. As sweets are an integral part of our holiday celebration.
As always food can be ordered regular spice or no chilies . I am also offering quinoa salad . Please place your orders by Friday for Saturday pick up .

Sorry for posting this menu so late. I was not well so had to wait before I could post this.
This week's menu includes a warm and spiced lentils soup for the autumn days. As always this menu can be ordered with either zero chilies or regular spice. Please send in your orders by tomorrow evening the latest .
Last few years I have not been taking part in fairs. This year I am part of a fair which is raising funds for a lung cancer patient who is the son of a fellow artisan and friend . This young man has been battling lung cancer ( stage 3) , he is non smoker and trying to keep his spirits high and face the disease head on. This fundraiser is on October 25 at the Beaconsfield United. Church . Will post more details soon. Please come to this fair especially if you are in the West Island.

One of the items on the menu are the lentils pakora, this is made by soaking lentils and then grinding them with spices to prepare the batter . They are tasty to eat just like that but you can also use them like falafels to make a filling wrap for your meals . It tastes absolutely delicious
