Welcome to Shane Tough Catering!
My goal and joy is to bring beautiful food to your wedding or event throughout France. I believe that good food creates memories and so are special events, so why not enhance your day with gorgeous, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients- handmade into delicious dishes and something truly memorable for you and your guests? When you eat something great it starts with the eyes, then the smell and of course the taste.How beautiful are these char-grilled capsicum? So delicious with my handmade kofta or brochette and range of dips or with any of the other meats and can enhance my vegan/vegetarian options so everybody gets beautiful full of love food.Image
