Our Pre-Order BBQ Take Our Menu will drop in two days! Ordering opens Thursday 11/7 at 8am & ends Monday 11/11 at 12pm. Pick up will be Thursday 11/14 from 4:30-6:30pm at our kitchen located at the North Shore Culinary Center, 10 Garden St in Danvers, just off 95. Always great hanging with the boys from the Fox Hill Yacht Club in Saugus for their annual Grill & Chill BBQ. We smoked 36 racks of ribs, 6 roast beef top rounds, 2 pork loins, and enough chicken to feed Manhattan. These guys know how to through a great party. Looking forward to next year!

This past Saturday we fed 100 people at the Boston Elks in West Roxbury. It was as pretty busy so I didn’t get many pics, but I did one of this slice of brisket and some chicken thighs. Thank you Rick and the rest of the club for having us back, and we look forward to next year!
