🚩RECETA: Chupe de jurel para aprovechar el pan del día anterior.
Ingredientes: Pan día anterior, 1 taza grande de leche, 2 tarros de jurel desmenuzados, 3 huevos, 4 láminas de queso gouda o queso rallado, 1 cebolla grande, orégano, 1 diente de ajo, sal y aceite.
Preparación: Remojar el pan bien picado en la leche, mientras, freír en el aceite, la cebolla en cubitos con el diente de ajo molido, sal a gusto y aliños de su preferencia, agregar el jurel y mezclar bien hasta que se cueza bien todo y retirar del fuego.
Moler con pymer o pisa papas el pan con la leche, agregar los 3 huevos, el pino de jurel con cebolla y mezclar bien. Depositar porciones en pocillos de greda o todo en una budinera, agregar queso encima y espolvorear orégano. Llevar a horno precalentado por 20 minutos y listo!
