The World Federation of the Deaf wants to update our Ordinary Members on the status of the 4th WFD Conference, scheduled to take place in Bangkok, Thailand from 20-22 April 2022.

The WFD Board has been monitoring the COVID-19 situation globally and in Thailand. We are aware that some of you may not be able to travel to Thailand for the 4thWFD Conference.

The conference is an important opportunity to learn and network with other Ordinary Members around the world.

Therefore, the 4th WFD Conference will now offer Ordinary Members the choice to attend WFD conference via an online platform. You do not need to travel to Thailand to participate in the 4th WFD Conference.

If you have not registered, please do so by going to this page.
https://wfdbangkok2021.com/registration/

Once you register, please select the option of onsite (in-person) or online at the bottom of the registration page. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact the Organizing Committee at the "Contact Us" page on wfdbangkok2021.com.

We need to be resilient. This conference will take place. We now have an online option in place. A final decision on whether there will also be an onsite option will be announced on 5 February 2022.

We will not let COVID-19 stop us from connecting and learning! If you have not already registered, please do so today, secure in the knowledge that you will be able to participate online. Please watch for more information on 5 February regarding any possibility of a parallel in-person option.
