Loved these unique centerpieces! The bride and groom collect nutcrackers, so it was a fun way to incorporate something special to them in their wedding. Each table also had a different theme!

I realized I haven't introduced myself on this page since I first started it 2.5 years ago 😅 so here it goes:
Hi! I'm Alison, owner of Bluebonnets and Bliss. I'm a Texas native and a military spouse, so I've had the pleasure of living in California and now Colorado since my husband went active duty. We have two kiddos that I have the joy of staying home with. I fell in love with weddings while planning my own, and decided shortly after to start my business. I look forward to the chance of working with you and making your wedding dreams come true! More fun/silly facts about me below:

"Walter and I met online in October of 2020. He moved out to Colorado Springs from Minnesota because of the Army. He’s been stationed in the Springs since 2019. We had our first date and instantly hit it off! The Fall of 2022 we learned that he was going to deploy in February 2023. We knew we were going to get married, and decided just to sign our marriage license in November. This year is the perfect timing for us have our wedding ceremony and reception to celebrate with all of our family!"

"Benedict and I met in Fall 2022 on Catholicmatch! Both were unsure about it, but turns out it was the best decision we could both make. Since then he and I have done a ton of hiking, breweries, snow boarding, and just a lot of Colorado things while growing together. In September 2023 we went to Europe with his brothers and their families. I had no idea he was going to propose, but he shocked me in a small Italian town Assisi, Italy! Such a beautiful experience. We have two beautiful pointer dogs and so so thrilled for August!"

"We met in Texas in 2021 through a dating app. I made him fill out a boyfriend application before our first date, and loved his answer in the "write me a corny love poem" section! We ended up talking for 4 hours on our first date, and the rest is history. When he got a job offer in Colorado, I was preparing myself for heartbreak, but we both agreed to make long distance work. We did that for a year, seeing each other every couple of months and being on endless phone calls. Once I graduated, I got a job in Colorado and moved here to continue our relationship. We got a pair of kittens, Ripley and Winston, who we love being cat parents too. We've been able to go on lots of adventures together and are so excited to keep doing that for the rest of our lives!"

"We met through a mutual friend, Cat, who was visiting me for a ski trip and she introduced us on the top of mountain in Winter Park and we just hit it off from there!
We’ve been together for 2 years, live in a townhome in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood with our dog, Dublin and Cat, George.
Our engagement story: I had been obsessed with being out in the mountains when the Aspen’s change in the fall so he planned a trip to Aspen for a weekend getaway and popped the question on a hike around the Maroon Bells. He brought a bottle of champagne and had a dinner planned so we could celebrate and enjoy."

"We met back in 2018, we both worked at Taco Bell lol. Taco Bell was my full time job and joes part time job while he was finishing up college. I had to make the first move with Joe because he was To shy at the time. For our first date we went to manitou springs had some lunch and walked around. We've been together 6 years. He proposed on our anniversary with both our families around. We married in 2023. We have two beautiful children, one girl and one boy. We look forward to making more beautiful memories together in the upcoming years."
