Minimum three meal supply
**Day 1:**
- **Lunch:** Baked or Fried Chicken Drumsticks with Collard Greens and Cornbread.
- **Dinner:** Black-Eyed Peas and Rice with Sautéed Okra.

**Day 2:**
- **Lunch:** Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Coleslaw.
- **Dinner:** Meatloaf with Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans.

**Day 3:**
- **Lunch:** Fried Catfish with Grits and Hush Puppies.
- **Dinner:** Red Beans and Rice with Andouille Sausage.

**Day 4:**
- **Lunch:** Baked Macaroni and Cheese with a side of Collard Greens.
- **Dinner:** BBQ Chicken Thighs with Baked Beans and Corn on the Cob.

**Day 5:**
- **Lunch:** Fried or Baked Pork Chops with Cornbread and Cabbage.
- **Dinner:** Shrimp and Grits with Sautéed Spinach.

**Day 6:**
- **Lunch:** Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya.
- **Dinner:** Beef Stew with Cornbread.

**Day 7:**

Hey guys this is the keto meals for next week. Minimum order is three per week.

**Day 2:**

- **Lunch:** Pulled Pork Salad with Avocado and Olive Oil Dressing.
- **Dinner:** Keto Meatloaf with Mashed Cauliflower.

**Day 3:**
- **Breakfast:** Omelette with Bell Peppers, Onions, and Cheese.
- **Lunch:** Grilled Catfish with a Side of Sautéed Okra.
- **Dinner:** Cauliflower Fried Rice with Chicken.

**Day 4:**
