If you’re talking about Catering, there is going to be a minimum cost per person that you have to spend in order to, you know actually get the Catering. But, you need to be aware that on top of the food and beverage minimum, there are room fees, service fees, taxes that will be added onto the proposal, and these often total 20% to 30% or more on top of the food bill. Turn your proposal into a conversation – your caterer expects you to ask questions.
