“Just book it!!! Olive Coffee Cart was THE BEST addition to our wedding I could ask for. We did ~Olive with a Twist~ and had lattes and Espresso Martinis that were *chefs kiss*!!!! They even have a machine that prints art on top of the drinks, and it was the most personal and FUN detail ever. Not to mention, the coffee and the espresso tinis were absolutely delicious. This is a family-run business that very clearly puts love and passion into their work. Great communication, extremely reliable, and overall pure fun to work with. Worth every penny!! Fun fact: when we first started dreaming about starting Olive we had the fearful thought..”what if it doesn’t work out? What it fails?” Ya know what I said..”hey, if it does.. then at least we have a badass espresso machine” 🫡🫡🫡 GS3 baby!

We put it in the time and effort so that each one of you who we serve gets an incredible experience. We love what we do & we are thankful to do it.

On this day 3 years ago in 2020 we set up our first event in a friends backyard for the celebration of their sons wedding. We got our cart in the mail a few weeks later but had everything else ready to rock n roll. So we did.

We are always thankful for the moment we took the massive leap of faith to start our own business. And if ANYONE would have told these two kids what was in store for them… we woulda made you a cuppa and laughed about it afterwards.

So, my friends - cheers to the beginnings of things. The risk taking moments. The conversations of faith and the leaps that follow. Cheers to the not knowing but doing it anyways - “because if it all fails at least we have a badass espresso machine”.

Our sweetest new addition got added to the crew this week!!

Our beautiful baby girl joined us this week.

We are absolutely in love with her. She’s been peace, joy and sweetness since the minute she joined us.

Phinehas has taken to the brother role very well. We’re thankful daily for the Lords grace in this sweet new season.

This is us 🤍

We have been rolling through DFW since 2020. We got our first cart delivered the same week we found out we were pregnant with Phinehas.. I’m the middle of a pandemic and only a short 6 months after getting hitched. What started as a side hustle and a belief that we could take coffee into any space and any place is now a full time job for us both - hustling with multiple carts, and some really beautiful employees.

We have built relationships with past couples, served in small spaces, on the 15th floor for multi million dollar companies, given back for non-profits, PGA tournaments and the list of amazing places and people goes on and on.

How do we do it? Everyday since the very begging we have trusted that this sweet little bean on wheels belongs to the Lord. Everyday we wake up and work for Him, serve like Him, and trust Him.

There’s no telling where we will go. It’s the little cart that could.

We have had the INCREDIBLE support of some insanely amazing women, coffee wizard, spro serving, latte art throwin ladies that have joined us on the cart (and help run it woot woot)!

3 of the most special years of our life. Celebrating oneness is easy when you have a partnership based on the desire and the fullness of God lived out in one another one day at a time.
Our vows were simple - love one another and everyday remember to simply point to Him. The first love. The best love. And do that daily until He returns.
We do that and fall in love more everyday. Happy to be celebrating today.. 3 years married 🤍 knowing full well the best is still yet to come!
