Today, I'm excited to show you my stunning variegated Hoyas and share some insights on dealing with Hoya diseases and pests.

Let's start with my Hoya Macrophylla plants. First is the finicky but gorgeous Hoya Macrophylla Pot of Gold. I'm experimenting with natural lighting on my windowsill to see how it adapts.

Next, the Hoya Macrophylla Albomarginata, a beauty that grows happily under natural light with a red border on its young leaves.

I also adore the unique variegation of Hoya Macrophylla Bai Bur with its salad-colored stripes.

Moving on to Hoya Acuta or Hoya Verticillata, which grows rapidly and looks striking.

Now, let's talk about pests and diseases. We deal with mealybugs, whiteflies, thrips, and scale insects using insecticides. Mites require acaricides, and prevention with bio-preparations is essential.

For diseases, watch out for dots or growths caused by overwatering and overcooling. Keep an eye on your Hoya's environment!

In this short video, I'm excited to share my blooming Hoya plants with you. Normally, they don't bloom often, but this time, my Hoya Lokki held onto its buds, bringing me great joy. To achieve this, I increased watering frequency and switched to capillary watering for consistent moisture. Active fertilization with a 20-20-20 universal fertilizer also made a difference. I will show you the beautiful blooms, like the candy-like flowers of my Hoya Lobby Dark Red. I also have Hoya Multiflora with its unique arrow-like flowers blooming beautifully.

A cautionary tale: distinguishing between similar Hoya varieties can be challenging. For instance, Hoya Caudata Silver and Hoya Caudata Gold have subtle differences and varying prices. To avoid confusion, when buying Hoyas for their blooms, ask sellers for real photos of the Hoya's blooms specific to their plants. This way, you can make an informed decision.

Other Hoyas in video: Hoya Svetlana, displaying two lovely new leaves, Hoya AH-074 Silver potentially blooming soon, and the captivating young leaves of Hoya Sarawak Cream.

Today, I want to do a review of my large-leaved Hoyas. People often ask me about the size of leaves in different Hoya varieties and Hoyas with big leaves, so I thought it would be a good idea to show you. I even brought a ruler to make the measurements clear.

https://youtu.be/MANWDvvwBdo

Let's start with my Hoya Pubicalyx Splash. It's about 3 years old and one of the oldest in my collection. The leaves are vibrant and huge, measuring around 15-20 centimeters. It grows well without additional lighting.

Next is Hoya Balaensis, which has beautiful leaves over 10 centimeters long. It doesn't require extra lighting but can be even more vibrant if placed under lamps.

Hoya Macrophylla Snow Queen also grows without additional lighting and produces large leaves. Occasionally, some leaves may have spots in winter, but overall, it's a healthy plant.

Hoya Sarawak Cream Flowers hasn't bloomed yet for me, but its convex leaves are impressive, reaching around 12-13 centimeters.

Moving on to Hoya Glabra, it has started developing larger leaves, with the largest one measuring about 15 centimeters.

Hoya Forbesii has unique leaves with veins and silver spots, and although the initial cutting didn't look attractive, it grew into beautiful textured leaves.

Hoya Meredithii Green is a variety with large leaves, but I made a mistake by letting it dry out too much, causing it to drop its young leaves.

Hoya Bahoi is a temperamental beauty with textured leaves and vibrant colors. I try not to overwater my Hoyas and provide appropriate care. It's better to avoid heavy fertilization, especially in winter, and foliar application of diluted amber acid can be beneficial.

I wish you happiness and success. May your floral desires come true!

In this video, I showcase the blooming Hoya DS-70 variegata, known for its beautiful autumn-like leaves. The low-maintenance plant thrives under a 10-watt lamp and surprises with its undemanding nature. I also share the results of an experiment involving taking cuttings from another Hoya variety:

Hi everyone! In this video I'll be showcasing some of my small-leaved varieties. Let's dive right in!

First up is Hoya Ir-26, an oldie but a goodie in my collection. It has stunning silver splashes on its leaves and develops a beautiful burgundy hue when exposed to sunlight or bright lamps. Although it's a rooted cutting and not a parent plant, it has been with me for about three years and has been a fast-growing and low-maintenance Hoya.

Hoya Bella Albomarginata. This variety boasts exquisite variegation along the leaf edges. Although it's still on the smaller side, it's been showing promising growth and even has an inflorescence starting to form. It enjoys basking in sunlight, and the red stripe along the edge of new leaves adds to its decorative appeal.

Next, we have Hoya Lacunosa Eskimo. I must admit that this variety has been a bit more demanding for me. It tends to dry out periodically, and the leaves become thin. Despite the challenges, it remains a beautiful Hoya with a supposed silvery appearance (although it tends to turn green). I'm currently in the process of rescuing and replanting it after an unplanned fall.

Hoya Walliniana, which is a true gem in my collection. It's an undemanding and beautiful variety that blooms relatively quickly and has a mild fragrance. This rooted cutting has been thriving under lamps, developing a gorgeous tan and bright veins. It's definitely a showstopper and a joy to care for.

Let's not forget Hoya Curtisii splash, a personal favorite of mine. It hangs in an improvised planter and forgives my occasional mistakes of letting it dry out. Its unique splash pattern remains vibrant, and it's been steadily growing with an inflorescence on the way. This Hoya is perfect for those with limited space, as it won't overtake your surroundings.

Another small-leaved beauty is Hoya Walliniana variegata. Its leaves tan beautifully under bright light and have been showing accelerated growth. I'm hoping to have a large specimen someday as it continues to charm me with its silver foliage.

Then, let me introduce a variety I received as a gift—Hoya AH-002. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about it online, but it's been growing alongside Hoya Mathilde. I'm excited to see them bloom and discover their specific varieties. These green-leaved Hoyas don't require additional lighting and have been thriving with their dense foliage.

Last but not least, let's appreciate the unique Hoya DS-70. Its leaves start off red and young, then turn yellow and eventually mature into interesting green leaves with striking borders. This variety has been a diverse and colorful addition to my collection.

I hope you will enjoy this tour of my small-leaved Hoyas. They are perfect for those who have limited space but still want to enjoy the beauty of these plants.
