Additionally, due to lack of oil or butter, this dish is light on the stomach, makes you feel energetic rather than lethargic.

To live a full life, you have to fill your stomach first.

Eating vegetables provides health benefits – people who eat more vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. Vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body. Most vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories.

Murungai keerai ( moringa leaf ) is very essential in our daily food as it contains high levels of antinutrients, it also help to lower blood sugar levels.

Pavakai ( bitter gourd ) It contains iron, magnesium, potassium and vitamins like A and C. It also helps in lowering the bad cholesterol levels, thus reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke. Moreover, bitter gourd contains 80-85% water, which is a universal suppressant of hunger. It also improves metabolism.
