Drone photo I took when I was employed at JS Johnson.
These boats were over 8,000 feet away from the Montagu Beach shore. I just realized THAT'S OVER A MILE AND A HALF AWAY!

That's the farthest I've ever flown my drone!

The little kids/smaller classes were closer to the shore. These older teens much farther.

The photo I took a while back was used for a JS Johnson print ad!
This is from the "up and away" inflight magazine for Bahamasair!

I added some more orange/sunset clouds to make it more interesting/dramatic.

IMO, the ad looks better than the cover....

Small world!
I flew my drone out 5,600 feet to shoot the huge yacht I posted earlier (it looked closer, I swear).
While I'm on the bench shooting, I hear familiar low battery beeps from the very next bench a few feet to my right right. Turns out he was flying his mini 2!
He's from London, and crashed his mavic a few years earlier (flying too low over the water!)

Finally built up the nerve to fly under the Nassau-Paradise Island bridges. Was about to leave when I decided to get one more shot, and got blessed with a boat!

Saw this huge yacht when driving past "Go Slow Bend" during the Majority Rule holiday. I thought it was much closer, but the app showed I had flown over 5,500 feet just to get to it. THAT'S OVER A MILE AWAY! That's Baha mar waaaay behind it, to give you an idea of how far it was.

I googled the name "samadhi" and apparently you can charter it for "$375,000 plus expenses" a week!
