This year you can pre order a whole thanksgiving meal for your household, ready to heat up on the big day. Pre order online the amount of food you want by Saturday Nov 21st at 5pm. One year ago today we hosted our soft open, our first day of service. It has not been the year we hoped for but we’re glad we made it this far. We couldn’t have made it here without the support of our community, our family, and the businesses that helped us along the way.

Shout out to Recycled Cycles Bicycles & Fitness for always letting us park on their lot, Rocky Mountain Salsa Company, LLC for welcoming us into their kitchen, FoCo Food Truck Rally and NoCo Food Truck Co-op for working through all of the necessary COVID safeguards to have food truck rallies, Zwei Brewing for regularly welcoming us onto their food truck schedule, Atacolypse Now and Lickskillet Catering for always giving us advice when we needed, and Seth at NOCO Distinction for always supporting us. Plus, all the other businesses and individuals that have helped us along the way.

We only have a couple more days open this season and aren’t sure what the future will bring. Stay safe, wear a face mask, avoid large gatherings and play nice with the health department. If we all do our part we can and small businesses like ours operating.

We've been chatting with local businesses to hear how they've adapted in recent months and what challenges they're facing. We were excited to chat recently with brother & sister Sergio and Maria Torres De Jesus, owners of Rocky Mountain Coqui. The conversation took place during (Sept. 15 - Oct. 15), so we asked Serigo and Maria to share their thoughts on the month's importance:

"I think it’s really important to support our businesses all the time, remembering that many of our small businesses are Latinx owned and we operate year-round. Maybe Hispanic Heritage month is just a time to get some extra food specials, but if that can encourage our community members to try a new restaurant or visit a new store because it highlights a minority’s culture then we’re doing something good."
