How often do you take time to reflect on the good, the bad and the ugly? Self evaluation is important for progress, knowing your patterns and changing what you can is important for development.

I often see negative situations as an opportunity to do the same thing in a different way. An opportunity to really learn about my character and who I am trying to be. It’s important to always take time out to stop and look at the situation around!

The last 12 months have been nothing short of a rollercoaster but I don’t think I would change it for the world! I learnt a lot about myself and what it ACTUALLY means to be someone’s wife (It’s not what they make it out to be on tv😂), and I have also learned what it means to be a friend, and to have a person who is in my corner!
