We would like to thank everyone who attended out Wrestlefest 2022 event in Cardiff yesterday.
We would like to respond to some of the concerns and negative comments on the group.
We would like to confirm that at no point did anybody who bought autographs and photos not have an opportunity to redeem their purchase. All the Wrestlers and Talent who was advertised were all present and all stayed to provide autographs and photos for the allocation that was purchased. Timings did run over but this is not uncommon at large events. Signings and Photo opportunities take time.
We feel completely privileged to have been able to bring Brett Hart to the Uk and have him attend our event, We had an 1 hours allocated for him to sign 200 autographs , however this did run over the time we had initially allocated but we ensured that all Wrestlers stayed later to fulfill their full allocation, at no point was anybody refused a photo or autograph.
As many of you know Brett is a fans person and this did affect the speed of him signing autographs and as the majority of people attending bought autographs for Brett, so this did affect waiting times for people creating lines and waiting times that were longer and larger then we anticipated.
We would like to add that Brett also had time for all his fans today and made sure that he gave the time to speak to everyone, had he not of spoke to fans and just kept his head down signing, yes he may have got things done quicker but it wouldn’t have been In the true Brett Hart style who is all about his fans.
Time slots given for photos and autographs are only provisional and were never guaranteed. At large events with large amounts of people it is quite the norm for things to over run.
With regards to peoples concerns on safety and fire issues, we would like to make it completely clear that the capacity of the venue was never exceeded and full fire and evacuation plans were in place in the unlikely event that anything was to go wrong.
We would like to take the opportunity once again to thank everyone who attended.
We will be closing the comments on this group now after this post as this group was set up for the event and the event has now passed.

I'll be out and about today. So if anyone has anything they need to ask about tomorrow's event please can you ask your questions on this thread and I'll aim to get them answered as soon as possible.

Important information you need to know.

Doors are 11am, those who purchased "early bird tickets" please have your qr codes ready to be scanned. Those with add on's please have your add ons also ready to be scanned and exchanged for tokens at our collection booth. You will not be allowed in the photo or auto rooms with out valid tokens. The auto room is a no camera or mobile policy anyone entering the auto room with their camera or mobile out will be ejected from the room.

Those who have yet to purchase their entry tickets. Tommorow it goes up to £30 entry per person which will be cash only. (There is a few cash points around the local facinity of the venue)

Add ons are available on the day to purchase photos and autos. Or even combo's. Obviously combo's will have to be purchased before the first auto and photos end so 11:45. It is highly advised to use cash for the add on's as we are limited on our card machines so it will save us time. At the upgrades area.

There is food and drink sold throughout the venue. The venue is doing a reentry policy but you will need to be searched by venue security again.

We have a cloakroom situated on the 1st floor which will also be the photo collection point and frame upgrades.

The official schedule for this Saturday's event. Upon arrival our door team will scan your entry qr code (please have this ready), anyone with add on's I.e Photos and Auto's you will need to head to our collection desk and collect your relevant tokens.

Entry on the day is Cash Only, Photos and autos can be purchased on the day but it's highly advised to pay cash to speed up the process as our card machines are limited. (There is quite a few cash points just a short walk away from the venue)

Please remember the auto room has a no camera or phone policy anyone with their phones out or camera's in this room will be ejected.

Everything you need to know about Saturday.

WrestleFest 2022 will be held at Pryzm, Cardiff this Saturday.

Doors will open at 11am, upon arrival please make sure you have your entry tickets qr code either on your phones or printed. Our door team will scan entry tickets.

If you've purchased add on's, I.e photos or autos, then you will need to head to the collection booth in the main reception desk. Here your qr codes for add ons will be scanned and exchanged for tokens.

You will need these tokens to enter the photo and auto rooms. Without these tokens you will be denied entry by our staff on the photo and auto rooms door.

Upon entering the autos and photo rooms, you will hand our staff inside the rooms your tokens.

The auto room has a no mobile phone or cameras policy, anyone caught with a mobile phone out or a camera in the auto room will be ejected from the room.

Official WrestleFest COA's will be available for purchase inside the Auto room.

Those who have purchased photos. Your photos will be printed and will be left at a collection point on level 1.
Photos should be available 15/20 minutes after each guest is finished their time slot.

Add ons will be available on the day. We will have calls and timetables up around the venue, so If you would like to purchase addons on the day these will be available at the tokens desk on the ground level.

We will have live interviews on the stage, local based wrestlers to mingle with, refreshments and merchandise on sale throughout the day.

The final schedule will be released prior to the day, so keep an eye on social media. This will also be printed and on the tokens desk.

Advanced tickets (early bird entry) are priced at £20, tickets will be available on the door but they will be £30 on the day.

For those wanting photos and autos with Bret Hart and Tyson Fury, we would highly suggest purchasing prior to Saturday as their allocations are nearly sold out.

WrestleFest continues to grow and without your support this wouldn't be possible.

But we can now officially announce that at the start of November we will be bringing 2 of the biggest names in the industry from the last 10 years to the UK for a 3 day evening with tour!

This will also be their first time working in the UK independently.

This tour is due to be announced at our September 3rd show.
