Small tables are an essential part of our play areas. This is where the children eat dinner and take part in activities. In addition, they serve as a point of orientation, as the children also go to their tables to chat, have a water or rest.

Our aim is to design table styles that are pretty and inviting, but not cluttered, as we want to give the children enough space. The key here is the balance between 𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 and 𝙖𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨.

Enjoying your special day to the fullest – that’s what your wedding should be about. Of course, this applies to both adults and children. We set up dreamlike children’s areas and make sure that everything corresponds to your ideas and the color palette you have chosen. • Today we will show you what that looks like. Come with us and let’s set up our children’s area together! • #eventplannerlife ⏰ 09.00 AM Driving from Heraklion to the venue of your choice (this can take up to 2,5 hours) • ⏰ 10.30 AM Carrying all our large equipment (tables, tents, bouncy castle and pillows) as well as all decoration that we store in boxes to the set up spot • ⏰ 12.00 PM Choosing the most suitable spots for our large equipment (also depending on sun, heat and/or wind) • ⏰ 12.30 AM Setting up, decorating, taking photos • ⏰ 03.30 PM Going to a prearranged spot to eat, take a shower and dress up for the wedding (hotel or friend’s house) • ⏰ 05.45 PM Making our way back to the venue and doing some finishing touches like preparing lights and our soap bubble machine • ⏰ 06.30 PM Starting childcare/activities at our children’s area (you can choose the duration of our childcare services at your wedding) • ⏰ 11.30 PM Closing our children’s area. Resting for a minute • ⏰ 12.00 AM Dismantling our equipment, packing everything back into the boxes and large bags. Then carrying everything to the car • ⏰ 02.00 AM Snack time.
