We’re thrilled to announce that we have adopted a stretch of NC 96 from Wake-Johnson County line to Temple-Johnson Rd!
Amber’s love for nature, combined with her dream of combating litter, and Haley’s passion for saving the polar bears inspired us to take action and contribute to our community in a meaningful way. As we pick up trash, we’re also planning on sowing some wildflower seeds, adding a touch of beauty to our efforts. Let’s come together on April 6th at 2 PM to turn our passion into action. Groom Responsibilities on the Day Of:
1. Get a good night’s sleep!
2. Plan a morning-of activity (Remember to include your partner’s father and close family members)
3. Hand out Groomsmen Gifts in the morning
4. Make sure to arrive at the venue ON TIME!
5. Remember to bring:
- the wedding rings
- the marriage license
- your vows
- cash (for tipping or just in case)
- your suit or tux, shoes, and tie
- extra clothes
- cologne and deodorant
- a handkerchief or tissues for tears and sweat
- hair products and brush/comb
- gum or mints to stay fresh all day
6. Make sure the wedding party is eating and drinking plenty of water
7. Be sure to thank your guests for coming!
8. Have fun!!

Pros:
1. They can be a great way to add a personal and unique touch to the day (especially when is there to personalize them 😉)
2. They are a fun way to thank your guests.
3. You have the opportunity to share your favorite treats or trinkets.
4. It is tradition to provide wedding favors.
5. You can provide practical items for guests to use throughout the weekend.
Cons:
1. It’s another expense that falls on the couple.
2. Guests may not keep or even notice the favors causing waste and extra cleanup.
3. They take time to plan out.
4. Most non-edible favors will be unappreciated.
