As I was planting 375 delphinium plugs yesterday, I had an inspiration!

One of our children is graduating from college this year and finals are approaching. How can I inspire and encourage this beautiful daughter to do her best and that is enough? She is loved, cherished, amazing and you probably know her!!!

Happy Wednesday!!

I love flowers and always have. I love the hard work that goes into growing unique flowers that you don’t always see at the store. I love taking pictures of flowers and sharing their beauty. I love listening to the birds when I’m working in the field. I love being inspired and I hope to inspire others. I love working with God to grow and create something that brings joy and sending that joy out into the world.

Happy Spring!

Here’s our daughter, Anne, harvesting a bucket of zinnias. Her favorite flowers to harvest are yarrow, the second and third pictures.
Anne worked for me on the flower farm last year. She planted, weeded, spread mulch and joy, and cut beautiful flowers all summer long. She worked hard and fast. I’ll miss her this summer, but she’ll be amazing at her next job!
