Here’s a recap of some of the music I’ve made in the last couple months, in a one and a half hour-ish collection of audio and visual.
Every last scrap of music here was made without a computer,
on an Akai force, Moog subharmonicon, keystep 37, and a small eurorack setup that’s mostly focused on fx, except for mutable instruments Beads, which is not only an effect, but also a granular oscillator.
It’s a journey of discovery for me and every day is new and fresh in the sense that I never know what’s going to come out. Quite enjoyable to have that controlled kaos and to sift through it and see what I can do with it.

Next eurorack module gets here soon!
A Shakmat dual dagger filter.
Pass’n it up, and pass’n it down, bumpin the resonance, and pan around town🤪
After that my tiptop z5000 comes mid September, which is quite exciting;
and somewhere in there I’ll buy a mixer module as well to round out my eurorack fx setup.
I’m already so pleased with it and I’m just barely scratching the surface.

Oh man, I’ve been playing with my new gear and it’s totally great. I’ve got just enough knowledge to be mostly lost. Which means it won’t be boring for me for quite some time😊
Still a couple modules on the way, but I’ve got enough that I’ve already started working on some stuff and making new vids.
We like a new adventure.

Schedule cleared? Thuper cleared!
Coffee? On!
Screwdriver? Check!
Brighter light because I’m getting old? Check!
Childlike excitement? Double check!
I’ve had my software, mic, and camera set up for an hour already to record my unboxing and build🤣🤪
