to my houston family - after texting with my friend MizzMegan i’ve decided to cancel my show at Bauhaus. i have a zero tolerance policy on the matter. venues need to be safe for everyone.

yesterday was the end of a journey. its taken 5 long months to let the pieces fall and see how so many play a role in the systemic issue of sexual violence. reporting is important, but we must truly know we are seen and heard, and safe to do so in these spaces. this is in no way a singular, isolated issue, but I am willing to be the example. I am calling for accountability from our community, and asking for courage from all to discuss club culture and safety, constantly. finally saying his name and putting this behind me is all I could wish for. confronting him took all of the strength I have, but I believe accountability, closure, and change are possible in time. 🙏🏻

so many women never get this moment. this is for all of us.
