EXCITING NEWS! It’s gotten to the point where I need to simplify my wedding process, 🙌 I have an abundance of inquiries which is such a blessing but also means it’s time to make some positive changes!

For the many of you that have booked with me, we’ll still connect in January/February and stay the course.

For the inquiries coming in - here’s my new process going forward:

1. Consult - I recommend a phone consult! I want to hear YOUR voice and excitement about your wedding! Real people working together - let’s make sure we’re a good fit!

2. Book ! Just like your venue or photographer, a Florist needs to book your date and hold your slot on the calendar.

3. Build your Wedding Floral Vision! Here’s where we’ll work on the creative and the details. What do you love? What is most important to you? Where should we focus our floral energy on?

4. Day of Details - What does the timing look like? I’ll ask certain questions to make sure everything is set up and where you need it at the right time! We’ll also run through any final adjustments.

5. The BIG DAY!!! It’s your wedding!!! 💒 Don’t you worry about a thing! We’ve done our homework and due diligence - now it’s time for you to enjoy your day and for me to execute your dream.

Please note this serves as a guideline. Depending on size and scale of wedding, heavier involvement may be required! 👏

👋 I’m Rachel, Owner and Lead Creative behind Vormittag Farm & Floral. Flowers are my passion. I LOVE the fancy garden roses all the way down to what some may call weeds. LOL. Flowers represent kindness and I’m always striving to be just that.

If I’m not spending time with my family, or flower arranging, you’ll see me reading or experimenting with my newest hobby. I’m a Philomath and learning fuels my creative spirit!

About me: I’m a wife to a Christmas Tree Farmer and Mom to 4 incredible children. I married in Scotland in a castle! I’ve traveled all over the world and love incorporating design from other cultures; The U.K. and Hong Kong hold a special place in my heart.

Yesterday was my last wedding of the season. November colors, layers of texture, and bursts of yellow sprinkled here and there. The Photo Booth sums it up - Nod to Vintage, & Sprinkle in the new.

It was my first time at and it did not disappoint! The team was amazing. 🤩
