Hello to my adequate friends and fans! I'm glad you all made it through the veil here to 2025.

I already have a few shows for all y'all in the southern Ontario area - here's where you can catch me in January:

Thursday, January 16th: Taboo night at the Skull Store in downtown Toronto - come early and tour the (free!) museum, and then stay for the show: a lineup of odd and curious people (including yer buddy Zoltan) to impress and confound you.

Friday, January 17th: A Night of Storytelling at the Center for Talking Arts in Hamilton. A bit of a niche and hidden art, Storytelling is different from stand-up but every bit as engaging and entertaining. I'll be presenting a trick or two you almost certainly haven't seen before, as part of a line-up of skilled Storytellers:

Saturday, January 25th - Stratford Winterfest in lovely Stratford, Ontario. This is a FREE out-door (!) event and I will have shows throughout the day (along with other activities and entertainment).

Good morning to my Adequate friends and fans!
It's been far too long since I've performed in Florida, so Kobbler Jay and I are headed on down to The Jubilee Renaissance Faire, this weekend (Nov. 23/24) in lovely Milton, in Santa Rosa county. Are there fans in GA (or maybe even lost-long fans in LA) that wanna make the drive? You should - it's your chance to touch not one, but two Canadians. What could be better than that?

Michigan Renaissance Festival friends and fans - thank you so much for another incredible season. So many of you came up and told me you've been coming back to see me year after year; it makes this fire-eatin' heart swell. I'll be back next year.

Connecticut Renaissance Festival (that for some reason I can't tag) friends and fans - I'm a-comin'! I have a little something new to tuck into the Weird Show this year, too! Plus, as always, my rats want your food tidbits!

My Adequate friends and fans, ain't gonna lie - I'm really tired! The Ontario Pirate Festival is a huge deal (I'm one of only the two co-captains!) and even now, a week later, we're still swabbin' th' last o' th' bilgewater and stowin' th' last of th' gear. However, it was an incredible year - our best one yet - and if you missed it, more the fool you (make plans for 2025, Aug. 2nd, 3rd, 4th). Hey, there were even a few MIrf fans who drove to Ontario to be pirates with us.

And speaking of which, the Michigan Renaissance Festival starts this coming weekend! And opens an hour earlier this year, at 9am! So c'mon out and be bleary-eyed with the rest of us - I'll be on the Mud Stage, where I always am. I'm ready to get a little dirty with you.

Ahoy to the Adequate Ontario friends and fans!

Tomorrow is the first day of The Ontario Pirate Festival, which runs for all three days of the holiday weekend in Marden Park, in Guelph. It's absolutely my favorite event of the year, and if you can beg, borrow, or steal (always the pirate choice) a way to get out there, it would please me so very much.

And really, who doesn't wanna be a pirate?

A week or so ago was the first ever Essa North Renaissance Festival up in Barrie Ontario, and it was great - there's even a news article featuring me (link in comments b/c ).

And even better, a more-than-Adequate fan () gifted me with this fine, hand-drawn pic (which I scanned and added a bit of color, just for grins).

Coming up this Sat. July 20th is the Something Strange Sideshow Expo in Toronto (just a few tickets still available - link in comments because again, you know) and after that my favorite event of the year: The Ontario Pirate Festival, August 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Y'arrr better be there.
