Hi everyone,

So I realize that it’s summer again, but I am in the soup mode.

We have Thai curry coconut soup with chicken and mushrooms. Super good.

We are here in Orleans @ 116 Route 6A until three.

Dinner last night.
This soup will definitely be on the menu this week. My version of a Bon Appetite recipe I was looking at yesterday.

Tomato Bisque with shaved Asiago, EVOO Arugula and Cheesy Crouton. I just had EVOO and a hunk of Baguette, but will make Crouton for the truck.
Simple but delicious.

Now that it’s going to be dark by 4:30
:( … I most likely will be changing the closing time to 2:30, but not this week.

Steak and cheese w/ sautéed baby Bella mushrooms, panino peppers and sweet onions on a grilled brioche sub roll!

Oh my goodness! This day is unbelievable.

We’re here at 1:16 Route six a in Orleans until 3 PM.

I thought it was supposed to be a little bit dreary today so we do have soups. I have a broccoli cheddar and a chowder of course, and then our veggie chili.

we also have a special Today.
It is a smashed avocado tostada, veggie chili a little bit of cheddar cheese, sautéed poblano and Fresno peppers with Vidalia onion, a little bit of spicy sauce and fire, roasted corn on a crunchy corn tortilla.

Hi all
So, please forgive me but coming off 2 huge festivals with limited help and being not as young as I used to be I am taking today to catch up on prep, cleaning and maybe a nap.
I promise I will be in Orleans tomorrow and @ Halloween 👻 Palooza in Dennis on Saturday.
After this week things calm down a bit and I will be at the Orleans location again on a normal schedule.

Well,
My fancy generator is back in business.
The good news is that there was a fixable solution. The bad news was that it was a super expensive experience from start to finish.
I am super grateful to the people who helped figure things out.
