It has been a very busy holiday season with a few more hospital stays for Ken Mitchell , work travel for Rhonda Black Mitchell, a family trip to Disney for baby Kenny's 1 st visit. ..

This weekend Arches & Elegance created a special celebration for a uniquely themed baby shower- "locally grown"! Themed like a farmers market....

The fireside room at The Lodge at Voice of America was the perfect venue for this event! It is always so great to work with the Abner group ❤️

Both grandmas to be (hosts) did an incredible job with carrying all of the sweet details of the theme through table decor and catering, photos of mama and daddy to be as they grew up, they thought of everything!!

Some highlights we created for this celebration were:

Chiara arch with wood panel background with organic balloon garland with greenery, a sweet little awning and farmer's market sign; decorated mantle with greenery, produce, lanterns and the sweetest seed packet garland! With market crates, produce, mason jars and burlap- every layer of detail brought this event to life...

I say each celebration we create is my favorite, but this just could be really!!

A special thank you to Hunter Rush , so talented and creative- making the vision reality and assisting with set up so I can care for Ken Mitchell

Today Arches & Elegance was invited to create a beautiful graduation celebration at Walden Ponds Golf Club. This 2024 Lakota graduate will soon be heading to UC so plenty of red and black represented!!

Arches & Elegance will be pausing for the month of August to focus on our family as my husband Ken Mitchell will be having major heart surgery to have an LVAD ( Left ventricular assist device) placement. This is a pump to help his weakened heart move blood flow. We will be spending time celebrating our family, and supporting his recovery.

We appreciate our clients, ask for your thoughts and prayers during this time and look forward to celebrating this life-saving successful procedure 💓 ,

Today Arches & Elegance had the honor and privilege to be part of a very special birthday celebration for a big brother and baby sister. What makes it even more special is that just last year we celebrated baby sister's arrival for her baby shower

I ❤️ being part of our clients continued celebrations and milestones when they continue to invite us back for events- that is a privilege that we do not take lightly!
