I have had several requests to bring back the heat and eat meal kits. I’m glad people liked them and want them again. Test run. Udon cooked in beef stock with shiitake mushrooms and red bell pepper mixed in the bowl with my tare sauce. Topped with smoked pork belly and fried egg. Very tasty. Will be on the menu soon.

Experimental dinner. Patty made with smoked pork covered in rice and fried in clarified butter topped with Asian slaw. Used some of my Dan Dan noodle spicy peanut sauce sauce on the bottom bun. My daughter says to add it to the menu 😀

They are still looking for vendors for this event! 1pm-5pm, or stay all the way to 8pm if interested. This is a great opportunity to sell and showcase your goods all while listening to some great local bands. It's also a great way to show support for our local community that's been devastated by the Park Fire. $40 to vend and all vendor fees go directly to help fire victims.

It has been a while since I have made myself one of these sandwiches. I tend to not eat my own food beyond tasting for quality etc. but my god this sandwich was ridiculous. The buttery bun, smoky tender pork along with the fruit and spice from the Hoondog’s Cherry Bourbon sauce all work so well together. Wasn’t beard friendly but I didn’t mind one bit. Available the rest of the week W11th Ave and Esplanade Chico.
