This strong woman is the reason I became a chef. 😍

My mom's chicken adobo, lentils, and arroz con leche are the Colombian comfort food dishes I grew up with. Spending time with my mom and aunts in a tiny kitchen to make arepas, bunuelos, and natilla at holidays are some of my favorite childhood memories. 🥰

My mom always made sure we had delucious scratch made food on the table. 🍲
