A successful last demonstration at Chullora. Cooking out of my comfort zone with an Asian chicken dish, it was a hit.

Thanks Natalie Gabriela Zagaglia and James Utai Cairns for allowing me to cater your Amalfi Coast themed engagement party!

We did our classic grazing board featuring fried ravioli, proscuitto wrapped asparagus and assortment of meats and cheeses, followed by roaming canapes that included handmade arincini, sliders and gnochhi. Then we finished the night with fresh cannoli, panacotta and lemon sorbet, and some refreshing lemon sorbet! 🍋
