Epperson Concessions LLC is a mobile food truck business. We are continuously working towards adding new trucks/trailers to our business with different foods.

We set up locally as well as at festivals & events across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.

We are set up and open with the Snack Shack in Pampa until 2pm today at the Hughes Building(intersection of Francis and Somerville). We have our smash burgers, cheese steaks, nachos, and bbq sandwiches on the menu this week! Feel free to call or text in your order ahead of time and we will get it started. Y’all come see us and grab some lunch!!

2023 has definitely had its moments. The good ones and the ones you have to work through but, we have learned a lot during the process. Met a bunch of folks, travelled even more miles, & expanded the business side of Roll The Dice. Wouldn’t trade it for anything.
In 2024, we are working to continue to expand(hmm) and grow, add more events, and travel more miles.
With all this in mind, I just want to say thank you. Over 2 years ago I started trying to make this dream a reality and without y’all it wouldn’t be possible.
So, from all of us at Roll The Dice BBQ and Roll The Dice Snack Shack, THANK YOU!!

🎲🎲Orange Trailer Will Be Out This Evening🎲🎲

Come see us in the Snack Shack this evening for the Thursday night shop late event in downtown Pampa! We will be parked on Francis Street across from Modern Moms Boutique from 5pm-8pm!! Hope to see y’all this evening!!

🎲🎲🎲This Weekends Hours🎲🎲🎲

Both trailers will be set up at the Jingle Paws Craft Show at the Pampa Mall both days this weekend. We have put tacos back on the menu for this weekend in the black trailer and added a chicken fajita sandwich in the orange trailer. Y’all make plans to come see us this weekend!!!
