Apologies for the lack of communication folks! In order to sort through some personal family issues and to make some decisions about how to go forward with Trivia Bytes, I'm going to postpone all TriviaBytes@Home events for a couple of weeks. I'll be in touch soon to let you know what's happening trivia-wise. Thank you to all those who have supported my efforts to keep things going. Stay safe ❤️

If you're one of those Easybeats who don't know Aussie music maybe you can ask some Men At Work for help? They'll most likely Bee, "Gees man how can you not love it?", then end up Dragon you along. Because they're Cruel, Sea?

WE'RE MAKING SOME CHANGES!

Firstly, thank you sincerely to all those who chipped in for last Friday night's show! It was VERY hard for me to arrive at the point of considering ending these but you've helped keep the Bytes alive! PLEASE don't overstretch yourselves financially though. Please don't pay more than what you think these shows are worth, or more than you can afford.

Now, the changes:

- This Friday, June 12 will be our last Friday show
- From next week, starting Wed June 17, we will move to Wednesday nights, still at the same time - 7.00pm-9.00pm
- Starting from this week, we will be reintroducing the Fan's Choice round - stay tuned for how this is going to be decided!
- Our Family Edition - a fun, straightforward format designed so parents, teens and kids can all compete against each on an even playing field - will begin Sunday June 21 at 4pm, and continue every Sunday after that

Stay tuned for more details over the next day or two!

HOW DO I DO THIS TriviaBytes @ Home THING??

Follow this step by step guide to join in on the fun!

1. PRINT ANSWER SHEETS. We use the same answer sheets each week (of the blank variety, without answers!) so just shoot us a DM here on the page and we'll send you a PDF you can print at home.
(If you don't have answer sheets you can still play along just using a notepad or blank paper, but our answer sheets are so pretty, why wouldn't you want them?)

2. TUNE IN before 7.00pm every Wednesday by visiting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/232095155 to join the feed.
(The show will start at 7.00 but it's a good idea to be logged on early so you can make sure everything's working at your end!)

3. PLAY ALONG AT HOME. Just like at our regular events, questions will appear on screen but, unlike our regular events, Sean will be reading and explaining questions at a tiny fraction of his usual size in the corner of your screen - which makes it much more enjoyable for you visually, but still equally as annoying aurally.
(We will not be conducting this as a competition. It is clearly impossible to eliminate the Google influence so we encourage you to either play along alone or with your household for fun, or - if you are so inclined - organise your own competition with those family and friends you trust not to cheat 🙃)

4. PAY WHAT YOU CAN. Everyone is struggling to various degrees at this incredibly difficult time so, rather than setting a price, we are leaving it up to each individual person and/or household to pay what they feel is reasonable FOR YOU. If you want to pay beforehand then that's great. If you want to pay after you 'check it out' to decide what you think it's worth that's totally reasonable! I'm wondering how many of you out there missed out on last night's show? Did you want to join in on the fun but weren't available last night, or arrived too late and got locked out of the 100 max viewers?
If I were to do a live replay show would you tune in? It would b the same content as last night, so only suitable for those who missed it. I'm thinking perhaps Sunday night?

For regular Trivia Byters, there are a few tweaks to the usual format (most notably the Who Am I, and the fact there's no Fan's Choice round) so you may find this useful too.
