Sorry! No Farmers Market this Saturday
We are out of flowers for this week. And will not be at the Kokomo Farmers Market Saturday, August 24th. But we’ll be back next week with all your fall favorites! 🌻🍁
How flower farmers harvest tulips!🌷 We treat our tulips as annuals, harvesting bulb and all. This provides longer storage & vase life!
Fertilizing the tree field 🌲
Little fun in the sun 😎 with the nice weather we’re soil sampling where the new seedling Christmas trees will be planted later this spring. Now we wait to see what the lab tells us… 🥾
Wait for it! My sweet six year old son volunteered to take pictures. He knows I stress over not taking enough photos and videos and always kick myself later when I don’t have content for marketing purposes…
.
.
Now I have this hilarious video (full video is over a minute long with a full up-close butt shot, me stepping on a ranunculus plant and then tripping to get off of it, and multiple little giggles from Henry as he’s filming me without my knowledge) of such a sweet memory. I laughed so hard that day after getting my phone back to review “the pictures”. I now rewatch this often as a reminder to slow down and smell the flowers…
.
And enjoy and cherish my kids, their help, and their love. It’s one-of-a-kind 💕 THIS is why I do what I do!! 🤣

Decking the halls and tree!! Our kids always help and choose the ornaments. It may not look perfect or be lifestyle magazine worthy but to me this is what Christmas is all about. 😍 We love our REAL tree!
Will you help us? People use business reviews to determine trust, quality of service, and risks. As a small business we’d really appreciate you leaving your experience with us, our fresh flowers, and our local services!
Our 50’ row of #zinnias 😍
.
.
We grow Benary’s giant,Oklahoma, and Queeny series zinnias in a wide range of warm colors. From white and ivory to pinks, red, orange, green, and yellows, with many combinations. These beautiful flowers are cut and come again and are proficient producers which makes them on the A list for the farm.

What’s your favorite color??
Summer is fading. August is here! Trying to soak it all up before it’s gone again! #pineandposey #LocalFlowers #seasonalflowers

When you ask your 6-year-old to take a picture but instead he takes a video 🤣📸#ReelLifeMoments
Peonies remind me of the farm growing up, my Grandma Smith, and the sweet beginning of summer! Can’t get enough of these to satisfy my heart 😍
Fun fact: we have 75ish #peony plants currently, about half of those were moved to the #pineandposey garden but are the ORIGINAL peonies of the farm. #heritage #familyheriloom
Whistling while we work on Mother’s Day and market bouquets. I’m always thinking about where each bouquet will land and the impact of their joy. Many this weekend will be a message of love and apprecition for a special lady in life! May you all have a wonderful weekend. 💝💐
Preview for the weekend & Mother’s Day. #tulips #freshflowers
Spring on the farm means more than beautiful flowers! Brand new calf on the ground, just about one hour old…legs are still wobbly 🤠
If you drive by the farm regularly, you may see new calves being added every day 🖤 #calvingseason #kokomoindiana
