The Creative Process Behind the Table 🪸
When I was first asked to style this travel-inspired luncheon for and , I knew I didn’t want to create a ‘luxury’ table in the obvious sense. I wanted it to feel effortless, sun-warmed, and transportive — like you’d stumbled upon it barefoot on a faraway shore, yet every detail still whispered refinement.
I take time with every concept. I like to sit with it, let it unfold. I sketch, moodboard, gather textures, fabrics, stories. It’s not just about how a table looks, but how it feels. That to me is true luxury!
This table was about escapism, yes — but also about the beauty of presence. Of slowing down. Of lingering with good wine, beautiful food, and better company.
