One thing about my family and I is that we are traditionally untraditional! We dont always go by the rules! So yesterday instead of a "traditional" turkey dinner..i made a Thanksgiving samich. It had roasted turkey, fresh mozzarella, arugala, baby spinach, tomatoes and a cranberry, apple and orange compote!
