Honey Peach Cobbler Ice Cream Bombs! 💣💣💣 double tap if you love ice cream! * Recipe below! * * * Ingredients8 Scoops peach cobbler ice cream or any flavor (use about 1/4 cup for each bomb)2 1/2 cups Corn Flakes Cereal, coarselycrushed1/4 cup Caster Sugar (Superfine Sugar)2 TB Unsalted Butter, melted1 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/4 cup HoneyInstructions1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 deg F- line a baking sheet with baking paper2. Place the Ice-Cream balls on a linedbaking sheet and freeze until rock hard3. Combine the Corn Flakes, Caster Sugar,Butter and Cinnamon in a mixing bowlspread on the prepared baking sheetbake 7 - 10 minutes or until golden •remove from the oven and coolcompletely4. Roll the Ice-Cream balls in the CornFlake mixture and place in the freezeruntil ready to use5. When ready to serve - place the Ice-Cream Bombs in a warm oven for only aminute or two to soften the Ice-Creamslightly6. Transfer to serving cups or plates anddrizzle with Honey** add whipped cream and cherry for extra special treat
