My name is Kayla and I love to make things pretty, hence the business name. I'm a wife and mother to two beautiful children and two adorable, smelly dogs. I learned I had a passion for decorating when I threw my daughters first birthday party in 2015. I had a plan to one day open a small business, but my very own wedding in 2022 is what initially put the plan in motion. I designed my wedding from

my home computer and brought it to life. I received so many compliments which gave me the extra confidence to start this business. I want to be able to offer my eye for detail and make your day as stress free as possible. I look forward to embellishing your scene!

One year ago today, we celebrated our daughter’s Eucharist + Confirmation, a day we’ll always hold close to our hearts. 🙏 We don’t take special moments lightly around here, we enjoy going all out. 🪩 Life doesn’t hand you a million milestones, so when they come, we celebrate. Even if that means a few bills wait a little longer or we have to pause on eating out and frivolous shopping, memories like these are what we live for. 🎉

Truth is, a lot of the events I put together for my loved ones aren’t always “in the budget” but that’s how I personally choose to do things. It’s how I show love.
It’s how we create memories. That doesn’t mean it’s how everyone should do it and that’s okay. Big or small, what matters most is celebrating in a way that feels right for you. 🫶🏼

Looking back, it’s moments like these that remind me why I fell in love with event decorating in the first place. I just love being able to create a space where people actually want to be, where it feels happy, welcoming, and like everyone’s just glad they showed up. That’s the feeling I always try to create, not just something pretty to look at, but something you can feel. 🥰

I design with simplicity on purpose because I work with real people and real budgets. Not everyone can invest in full custom florals, and that’s okay. I always give the option, but when florals aren’t the priority, I bring in simple pieces, styled with care, to give the table a polished, intentional look. 🪄✨

It’s never about filling the table, it’s about choosing details that make an impact, no matter your budget. 🤩

Your first consultation and quote is free, I’m happy to walk you through options and pricing with no pressure. 🫶🏼

However, if there’s no follow up or communication within 48 hours after this initial consult (aka being ghosted 👻), any future quotes or consultations will require a $20 fee, credited toward your booking if you move forward.

This helps me prioritize serious clients and protect the time I dedicate to custom planning.

2026 Graduates
New Basic Grad Package 🎓

Hey! 👋 I’m excited to introduce my new basic graduation package! As I’ve gone through some trial and error, I’ve learned what works and what needs adjusting, and that’s led to a few changes in how I handle things.

One of the biggest changes? Guest table count.
In the past, I was including up to 12 guest tables in the basic setup, which was a super budget friendly deal for my clients. But as time went on, I realized it just wasn’t a sustainable route for me as a small business, especially with the amount of time, travel, and setup required. The updated package now includes a smaller number of guest tables, while still delivering a polished look.

Travel Events Update:
I’ve also made adjustments to travel and hotel fees to better reflect the true cost of getting to you and setting up. I know it might slow things down a little, but it’s what I have to do to keep this business growing and thriving. 💪

Want to save on travel costs?
If I can get at least 3 bookings in the same area (especially during graduation weekend), travel and hotel fees will be split among clients. This is ideal for my Turtle Mountain grads or anyone in surrounding areas booking that same weekend, helping keep your total around $1,000!

If you refer someone and they book their grad setup too, you’ll receive 2 extra guest table setups added to your package, free of charge!

I’m Kayla, currently living in the Bakken area. I’m passionate about my faith, my sweet family, my smelly dogs, and this little business of mine. I don’t live a super exciting life—it’s simple, but it’s everything I need. Most days, you’ll find me at home, casually dropping snack hints to my husband, enjoying his homemade popcorn, and hanging out with the kids and our pups. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

Now, a bit about EYS. I started this business with people like me in mind, those who may not have huge budgets but still want things to look beautiful and feel extra special. Through event decorating and custom setups, I help set the scene for meaningful moments that bring people together. Whether it’s a baby shower, wedding, or milestone birthday, I design and style thoughtful, stylish decor that brings your vision to life. 🪄 ✨

My prices might seem high at first glance, but I promise they reflect the time, care, creativity, and behind the scenes work that goes into every detail. I do my best to meet you in the middle, literally too, haha—as I travel all across North Dakota. 🚗 I aim to offer a balance between beauty and budget, so your events can pop without the added stress. 🙌

We’ve all seen those dreamy, over the top setups on Pinterest—big budgets, big teams, and a lot of drama (the good kind). As a small business, I may not have the resources for luxury at that level, but I like to think I can still give you a taste of that magic.
