FREE* to attend, this event aims to bring the local community together, in a safe and welcoming environment; to celebrate inclusion and diversity in Hertford with the simple message:

"BE KIND. BE YOURSELF. ALL ARE WELCOME”.

Set on the picturesque main lawn at Hertford Castle the day will include:

🏳️‍🌈 Support and information stalls, including a ‘Conversation Corner’, which will be a safe space to meet like-minded people, ask questions and gain support.
🏳️‍🌈 An ‘Express Yourself’ area dedicated to music, dance and dress up.
🏳️‍🌈 A diverse line up of entertainment including music, theatre and drag artist ‘Sophia Stardust’.
🏳️‍🌈 Plus! We're excited to announce special guest, winner of C4's The Hunter, Jaxon Feeley, will be joining us for the day's celebrations.

There will also be food and drink stalls, face painting, festival hair braiding and glitter tattoos, local charity representatives and the Castle will be open for visitors to explore free of charge.

In support of the event, St Andrews in Hertford are offering the church chapel as a quiet, inclusive space for prayer or reflection. In the space they will be displaying a symbolic piece of artwork called 'Love is Love'.

Friday 24th November - 3.30pm - 8pm
Saturday 25th November - 11am - 6pm
Sunday 26th November – 11am – 5pm

Set within the beautiful Castle grounds, the event boasts an array of Christmas market stalls offering homeware, crafts, jewellery, and much more! Perfect for those who like to shop early and local for Christmas.

My Story

After working for 10 years as a Hair stylist followed on by 10 years in Grocery supply chain I gave up work, got married and had my two wonderful girls. Rogue and Aurora.

At 2 years old Rogue really started to get into face painting and it became a daily activity that we would spend time painting her face with various designs. Now they have grown up and I have managed to find some free time to get some amazing training in, I am proud to launch my business Rogue Designs.

I would love to spread the joy I see on my daughters face when we finish painting to others, be it children or adults (who doesn’t love a bit of colour and glitter on their face).

I would love to offer my services to your parties and events and I hope this is the start of a long business adventure which in time when my daughters are all grown up will also want to share.
