Success at the ISA Texas City Section Automation Expo & Brewfest! 🍻

FunctionZ is thrilled to celebrate another successful tradeshow, this time partnering with the ISA Texas City Section for their 45th Annual Automation Expo & Brewfest! 🎉

This year’s event was a success:
✅ Increased participation from end users representing all five major refineries in the Texas City area
✅ Over 45 exhibiting sponsors showcasing innovative products, services, and cutting-edge technologies
✅ A fantastic hospitality experience — featuring the Wall of Beer, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and a crowd-favorite fajita buffet
✅ Every attendee walked away with a souvenir pint glass, exciting door prizes, and plenty of great connections

But the highlight of all? Together, we raised over $10,000 in scholarships to support the next generation of automation professionals! 🙌

🏌️‍♂️ Driving Success at the CenterPoint Energy University of Houston Alumni Golf Tournament! ⛳️

FunctionZ is proud to have partnered with the CenterPoint Energy University of Houston Alumni Association to elevate their annual golf tournament at Wildcat Golf Club.

Through targeted outreach and strategic engagement campaigns, we helped double participation, bringing in 245+ golfers — a 100% plus increase from last year! 🙌

In addition to outreach, our team enhanced the tournament experience by coordinating on-course elevations, including exhibitor stations to showcase products & services and provide hospitality for all golfers and volunteers.

👉 245+ golfers (100% YOY growth)
👉 Strengthened sponsor and alumni engagement
👉 Enhanced on-course experience & brand presence
👉 Organized door prize committee to gain over $7,000 in giveaways for the golfers!

The 23rd Annual Expo & Chili Cook-Off was a huge success and the winners really showed up and showed out!

With 43 cooking teams, 45 sponsors, and 750+ attendees, we came together to celebrate automation, leadership, and community. I’m so proud of what our FunctionZ team accomplished and grateful to partner with the ISA Houston Section on such a meaningful event.
