We had a successful ISA Brazos Section golf tournament this December just in time to kick off the holidays! ⛳

We enjoyed a successful day with the industry leaders in automation from end users, manufacturers, distributors, and representative companies at the Wilderness Golf Course in Lake Jackson, Texas!

With the help of FunctionZ, this golf tournament raised funds for vital industry scholarships all while paying tribute to a former ISA Brazos Section Board Member Perry Higgins.

Making sure you have a solid participant head count and sponsorships to support an event is key! 🔑 This is where Amanda Hardy with FunctionZ not only consults clients on how to be successful at fundraising, but ensures they understand the fundamentals of event planning!

FunctionZ had a great time hosting the CenterPoint Energy Cougar Classic University of Houston Golf Tournament last month at Wildcat Golf Club!

The golf tournament was not only a resounding success but also an opportunity for us to contribute significantly to its overall impact. Our team played a pivotal role in several key areas:

Last weeks ISA Southeast Texas Section Expo & Cajun Cook Off's served up hot Cajun food, and our exhibitors had a blast decorating their booths in the Cajun Theme, along with cooking their favorite Cajun foods like gumbo, boudin, and even boudin corndogs! 🍽️

Last weeks ISA Southeast Texas Section's Automation Expo and Cajun Cookoff served up hot Cajun food, created new business contacts for our attendees, and showcased new products and services coming into the Automation industry!!! 🍽️

This event is held in Port Arthur, Texas and our exhibitors had a blast decorating their booths in the Cajun Theme, along with cooking their favorite Cajun foods like gumbo, boudin, and even boudin corndogs! (that last one was new to us but SO good!)

Today, we honor and thank all those who have bravely served our country. Your sacrifices and dedication have made our freedoms possible and we are forever grateful.

The Sophia Hardy Foundation Golf Tournament hosted by The Hardy Team and CMG Home Loans was a huge success!

It was a day of remembrance for those little ones who were lost too soon, and was a great way to give back to those who still face this tragedy.

More than a dozen families who have tragically lost little loved ones gathered for a day of comfort and support. The event brought together 80 golfers and 8 generous on-course sponsors. The morning kicked off with live music by Robert Greaney, followed by a delicious brunch of Bloody Marys and tacos.

The day continued with a networking luncheon and awards ceremony. A significant highlight was the donation to the Sophia Hardy Foundation, which will be used to support Fentanyl awareness speaker Ryan Brooks with Brooks Property Group and their foundation.

The event was a testament to the power of community and the importance of supporting one another during difficult times. The Foundation’s commitment to providing financial assistance to grieving families offers a lifeline to those in need. Together, we can find strength, solace, and hope.

Over 250 industry professionals from the local area gathered to explore the latest in automation, instrumentation, and analytical solutions. With 44+ exhibiting sponsors, there was no shortage of cutting-edge products and services on display.
