We opened Thelma’s Kitchen & Catering with one goal in mind — to bring real, natural food back to the community. No cans, no shortcuts, just fresh ingredients like boiled sweet potatoes, hand-washed collard greens, and meals made from scratch every single day.

We believe in honoring tradition and health by limiting processed foods and delivering the kind of home-cooked meals our grandmothers used to make. Every dish is prepared with love, time, and intention, because you deserve food that’s not only delicious but made with care.

I can still smell the scent of your cornbread baking and your fried chicken sizzling on the stove. You taught me the meaning of love, resilience, and feeding people from the soul. I am the woman I am today because of the values you instilled in me and the warmth you brought into every meal.
