😎 A well planned and executed, simple dessert menu could be the secret weapon of your food truck profitability. The ingredients usually cost very little but can sweeten a guest’s dining experience with surprise and delight.

We have a couple of tips for you:
🔸 Draw inspirations from popular flavors
We always love the “5 C’s” – Chocolate, Citrus, Coffee, Custard or cheesecake, Caramel
🔸 Play around with formats.
The flavors might be familiar, but the sky is the limit for the seasonal ingredients, techniques, and textures.
🔸 Keep the menu descriptor straightforward
But get your spiel down to further explain and sell the items properly.
🔸 Streamline the preparation procedures of the bestsellers
Keep labor cost in mind when you design the menu. The most successful bestsellers are not going to be something extremely labor-intensive to make. A easily batch-able classic can go a long way.
