where it started

So a bit about me, I've been a chef for 15 years now working in some great places, working as a pastry chef for a few years. I've always loved pastry and always wanted to start something myself, due to the crazy world we live in now and uncertain times within my trade I thought to myself why not give it a shot and see how it goes. So if I can bring smiles to peoples faces in these tough times through some big flavours and sweet treats then it will bring even more enjoyment for what I already love doing.

I would also like to make it clear that I'm fully trained in my trade and hold all the required food hygiene, health and safety certificates, as well as all allergen awareness. Also taken into account all covid 19 restrictions
