CLARK CELEBRATES AMERICAN HERITAGE WITH THE STEAK FESTIVAL!

For 89 years, the Clark District was an important Air Force facility for the United States. After the American’s departure in 1991, remnants of American life in the base can be hardly seen, except for a culinary tradition that remained a favorite among foreign and Pinoy foodies: grilling a big, fat, juicy Steak.
At present, scores of Steakhouses in the Clark Freeport as well as its neighboring towns are sizzling with all kinds of steak to serve the enjoyment of meatlovers. That is why on December 10 and 11, Clark Development Corporation President and CEO Agnes Devanadera will formally open the Clark Steak Festival at the CDC Parade Grounds. The event is expected to attract local and foreign tourists who can visit the food and dry goods bazaar, visit a car show, join the steak-cooking and wine-pairing demo and a live concert with fireworks display.
