No really this was “Deck the Howls” and it was so adorable! 🥰

⭐️ And my brilliant boss recognized how meaningful this event is and extended invitations to donors and board members, creating a heartfelt experience to express gratitude to all! ⭐️

Kiddos reading to shelter dogs…nothing quite like it. And get this! The shelter was totally quiet as the kids read. What does that tell you?? 🥹

I fight for animals because they can’t speak for themselves. Maybe cliche but they rely solely on our compassion for everything. If you’ve had a pet you know what they offer.

On Giving Tuesday (link in bio) this is a love letter to my rescues…

19 and my mom passed away, our house went into foreclosure & I could not let my little brother (9), who had lost his mom lose his dog, Spike too. I kept him in a boarding facility until I could find a place that would let us take him. (I wrote a letter to our soon to be landlords convincing them to change their “no-dog” policy 😥 and it worked lol).

Spike worked miracles. The toughest dog ever and after a stroke at 14 he couldn’t walk. He rehabbed, lived for another year and learned to walk again ✨ Stayed with us until he was 16! He never wanted to leave.

Kona was a newlywed present. She ended up having cancer and broke her leg the night I returned from putting that same brother (now 33) into hospice in South Carolina. She stayed up every night with me when i was a new mom. And tough in her own right!! she could easily wrestle Duke who was double her size.

Marley from Maxfund was a dog who had been given up because he didn’t want to be alone in the backyard all day & night with no love and would jump 6 foot fences. There are no other words for Marley other than he was absolutely the best. My soulmate.

Duke was a chocolate lab that saved me during the rigors of infertility treatments. Mr. Handsome. Spent $7000 helping him recover after a terrible accident.

Woody, Maui and now Rosie, our current babies, have gotten me through agonizing bouts of loneliness and depression. They are my friends when I have few.

In need of a ? Glimmers are those tiny magical moments that brighten the soul. The opposite of triggers!

We were lucky enough to be graced by .li.hawaii.realtor, , for their holiday event. They decided on Hawaiian Humane Kosasa campus in Ewa as their spot! ❤️

From the sparkle in a child’s eyes to the echoing from the holiday-themed setup they created, these mini-sessions weren’t just about festive fun—it was about creating moments that matter!

Guests received adorable photos by then strolled through the shelter, meeting animals and spreading cheer to ever corner 🐾✨

Watching glimmers of connection everywhere—families smiling, tails wagging, and the brightest of all? An adoption! 🐾❤️

Big to these ladies who turned client appreciation into community impact. This is what giving back looks like!
