Jessi & Rahsun were wed on November 11th, 2023 and it was such a special day 🤍

What was supposed to be an outside ceremony quickly turned into an inside one due to rain, but this didn’t make the ceremony any less magical. We all agreed that with the candles lining the aisle, it gave the ceremony space a magical glow that wouldn’t have been possible if it were outside ✨

Thankful for couples who go with the flow and trust the process along the way.

Maggie Marsh Events is one year old today 🥹

This past year surpassed every single wish and expectation I had when I launched MME. In this 1 year, I found my passion, I met so many incredible people, and I learned so much more about God’s love. MME truly is so much more than just a business to me. Thank you to every single person who has helped me along this journey - and a huge thank you to who took me under her wing and taught me all that I know.

When I think about this year, I think about Ephesians 3:20-21 - “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”

That verse just sums it all up. May God always receive the Glory. Thank you all for following along on this journey of mine 🤍

One day before Sam & Matt were married, two of their best friends (both of whom were members of the bridal party) found out they were going to miss the wedding as their baby boy was coming. Although they weren’t able to be there to celebrate their day with them, they made sure they were able to see it all (via FaceTime).

Introducing Mr & Mrs. Pancake 🥂

Krista and Trent’s day was so incredibly special. The love and adoration that these two have for one another and for God can be felt just by being in their presence - which is something I believe God intended for the covenant of marriage.

I found myself tearing up multiple times throughout their day as I witnessed the love they share and felt the palpable joy in the air. It was truly an honor to be a part of their day 🤍

My dad unexpectedly passed away during our wedding planning process and Maggie was always there, checking in and seeing how and where she could help me with the planning and i’ll truly never be able to thank her enough for all of the support and help she provided.

Maggie helped us with SO much - even more than I feel like we had booked her for but she never seemed to mind and was always there for us when we needed her. One of my favorite things about weddings is seeing how my couples choose to honor their loved ones who have passed away.

Sam added a charm with a photo of her and her Dad, along with her Dad’s wedding band to her bouquet, so a piece of her Dad was walking down the aisle with her.

They also honored him by placing his favorite jersey over the chair in which he would have sat, along with his boutonnière.

Details like these are my favorite, and it’s an honor to be entrusted to ensure that they are perfect on the wedding day 🤍

Introducing Mr & Mrs. Morris 🥂

Liz & Arthur’s day was so sweet - they invited guests to join them for a pre-departure cocktail hour, followed by a boat ride to banks channel where the boat tied up to a buoy for an intimate wedding ceremony. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, they committed their lives to one another.

With an original forecast of rain, this day could not have been more beautiful - plenty of sunshine, blue water & aperol spritz 🌞🌴🌊🍊

On your wedding day, we are there to ensure every task (big and small) is complete. Before the wedding begins, we pass out bouquets to the bridal party, pin boutonnières on the groom & groomsmen, make sure the moms and grandmas have their corsages, and ensure your ceremony and reception sites are perfect and ready for guests.

Are you ready to hear the sweetest story?

Jake and Katye were introduced by a mutual friend (Louis) who works with Jake. Katye met Louis at Airborne school in 2019 and kept in touch sporadically over the last 4 years. One day, Jake was at work complaining to Lou about how hard it is to find a Christian woman. Lou mentioned Katye, offered to set the two up, and claimed that they would one day get married. Jake joked that if they actually did get married, he would give Lou $1000 dollars. Later that week Lou convinced Katye to let him give her Jakes number, and a year later they got married!

At the reception, Lou found a framed check for $1,000 sitting at his seat.

Needless to say, Jake is a man of his word and Lou is one heck of a matchmaker 🥂

God spoke the dream of Maggie Marsh Events to me in November of 2022, and the past 9 months have been WAY more than I could have ever hoped for or even imagined - isn’t it so cool how He works?

I’m so grateful for all the people He has sent my way, and the opportunity to work with and serve so many wonderful couples.
