A little sneak peak for those coming to Red Dirt:

We have been busy winning a few awards this weekend! 🏆 🏆

We received 2nd place on a Chef’s Choice entry with a smoked sirloin slider at the Henderson County Go Texan event in Athens.

We also came in 1st place last night in the Cut Beef hamburger competition with our sautéed onions, American cheese and homemade BBQ ranch sauce.

Check us out at Red Dirt on Saturday where we’ll be serving up these delicious items, plus a few more! We’ll be selling our ranch dressing mix, brisket rub and steak seasoning as well. Get some before we sell out!!

-Just Ranchin’ Dip/Dressing Mix is a single serving of ranch mix to be used for a dip or dressing. With hints of dill, it is a packed with homemade flavor that grocery store packets can’t replicate. $6/packet

-Slim’s Brisket Rub was inspired by Tim’s late dad, “Slim” and is an OG seasoning item on the cook trailer. $12

-T&T Steak Dust is the pride of the cook trailer and we can’t cook beef without it… although we’ve never tasted it, we’ve been told it’s great on portabella mushrooms too. $12

Two days of serving steak lunches for Grace Community School’s Teacher Appreciation week this week. We are thankful for all they do for our kids!

The Smokeshow crew served over 1,000 meals since lunch time Friday. Our menu included chili, steak, potatoes, green beans, breakfast tacos, brisket sandwiches, fries and beans. We also introduced a new favorite-peach cobbler.
