Our Story

Radiant Health is a multi-faceted business run by Culinary Nutritionist Nancy Campbell, M.Sc. Nancy’s goal is to support her clients to discover a nourishing diet AND get it on the table week-in and week-out. She knows what it means to live a busy life, and to feel burdened and overwhelmed by conflicting priorities. She’s a mom, a business owner, and a partner to her husband Greg. So her approach is practical and oh so pragmatic.

Nancy works with her clients to support the integration of health, wellness, and life-long culinary skills. She encourages her clients to learn how to cook for themselves, meal plan, build supportive pantries, and learn to shop with purpose. She doesn’t subscribe to any specific dietary dogma. Eating a whole food diet and choosing organic as much as possible is her baseline. Her services include nutritional counseling, culinary workshops in groups and one-on-one, meal planning coaching, and private chef services.
