My client celebrated her husband’s 40th Birthday with a dinner party for him, and his friends came in from out of town and they kicked it!!! Was dope to see long time friends eat, drink and have a great time together. Glad I was able to provide the food for the occasion.

Would you believe all of this was frozen before I made it??? Back story… went to see my people in Maryland and felt inspired to cook from their new kitchen. I challenged them that I could create something from whatever was in the fridge. And voilà … Seared Cod topped with Cajun shrimp over cheesy garlic mashed potatoes and honey balsamic roasted Brussels sprouts 🤌🏾

We had the privilege of catering a brunch for on New Years Eve (300 people) and New Years Day(250 people). No matter how many people we cater for, everybody gets the same . Thank you to the amazing, hardworking, knowledgeable, kitchen experts and boss lady’s . Without them, this event wouldn’t have went as smooth as it did. THANK YOU!!! Also thank you to Mrs. Sheila and all the volunteers that helped make the brunch a success. Ending the year and starting the year doing what I enjoy doing is always amazing. Side note… this 2/3 years I’ve catered for a church instead of being out. Think God trying to tell me something 🤔
