We head back into competition mode and will be back at it this coming Sunday in Collinsville.
‼️We are set up and ready to serve you beginning at 1:00p.m. in the Stag Tap Beer Garden!‼️
For those of you joining at 1:00p.m the Stag Tap will be serving cold beverages both inside and outside in the Beer Garden!
Peacekeepers, Inc. will start rolling in shortly after and can enjoy several food and beverage options! Our BBQ in the beer garden, starting at 2:00p.m Babes on Plum will be serving street tacos, BBQ pulled pork, and Bavarian Pretzels 🥨 🤤, both locations as well as will be serving cold beverages!
Stone Cold Cowboys will start at 3:00p 🎶

To have the opportunity to serve in our community means so much to us but it also means a lot to be serving during the Peacekeepers, Inc. Golden Anniversary Ride. This ride helps to support the men and women of Illinois Law Enforcement and Military and their families! (A round of applause for them, please 👏👏)
These types of events hold a very dear place in our hearts as team member, Corey, is an Army Veteran who served THREE tours overseas!! 🇺🇸
Our menu for the day can be seen in this post, for those who do wish to purchase some tasty BBQ from us that day, it will be 💸CASH ONLY 💸- Stag Tap does two ATMs inside just in case you need to grab some on Sunday. We start slinging food at 1:00p.m. until we run out and Stone Cold Cowboys starts at 3:00p.m.

The Morris BBQ Association hosts an amazing event with 40 teams competing this year. 🫣🤯
We are beyond thrilled to announce that our 6th place in chicken and 2nd place in ribs were good enough to bring us home Reserve Grand Champion!!! 🎉🍾

The Morris BBQ Association does a phenomenal job organizing and executing this event! We have been fortunate enough to have participated the last couple years and always look forward to this competition!

A little rain couldn’t keep the assembled grill masters down Saturday as 13 teams competed for top honors at the Jacksonville Kiwanis BBQ Braggin' Rights event.
Took home the following at the Jacksonville Kiwanis Club BBQ Braggin’ Rights:

Open - First
Bringing home Grand Champion! This is the first time in 24 years that a complete sweep has happened 🧹🧹🧹

We are excited to see everybody tomorrow starting at noon 🕛 at Hill Prairie Winery to try some of this brisket (and other amazing items)! This is a 🌧️ or shine ☀️ event, Hill Prairie has an amazing covered pavilion that the band 🎶 will be playing under and we will be serving 🧑🍳 under.
& yes, the smoker will be at Hill Prairie tomorrow so you can see how big this thing really is 🫣😅 Corey designed and custom built it and will be able to answer questions! 👏🏽💪🏽
