Paella anyone? This rice dish is a classic Spanish staple with many variations. With my family being from Spain, I can easily say I’ve eaten more than my fair share of it through the years and I love it more every time! The shallow pan allows for better heat distribution to cook the rice as you slowly add in your stock and flavoring. Here are 2 different types, the first is a non seafood paella flavored with chorizo and chicken. The second is a very traditional version made with homemade seafood stock, mussels, clams, squid, and of course those beautiful prawns. Paella is a lovely dish to feed a large or small group of people and really impress with its exotic flavors!
