Not long to go! Last few tickets remaining.

Having had to pull out of playing the Dance Assembly at Prince of Wales Brixton event last summer. I am really looking forward to catching up with the DA crew next Saturday! Extra special with the amazing Edele Andaya also joining us to play some tunes! First time with DA since Egg LDN Feb 2020 if I recall?!? Look forward to seeing you all there and cutting some shapes on the DA dance floor!!

Lost for words RIEP MC Conrad. Our first born used to kick in Lisa’s tummy listening to bukem and mc Conrad progression sessions and I’ve been a fan since the early 90s of Good Looking / Looking Good, learning to mix with their tunes. Even have the label tattooed on my arm…. Gutted! Thoughts and condolences go out to close friends and family. such sad news.

Last Saturday we held the event Disco Frenzy for Kenzie at Bar Trend Crowborough.

To raise money for a local lad Dan Wright (Kenzie) who is in a constant battle against cancer. I met Kenzie for the first time Saturday him being friends with fellow DJs Luke and Nick, and I have to say what a nice and all round top bloke he is, and what he’s been through and will to continue to go through, is heart wrenching.

I’d like to thank all our sponsors and all who came out to raise money to make things easier for Kenzie and his wife. We raised £1670 which we know will help out through Xmas period, but more can be raised and is needed, so if you can spare it, as we know times are hard these days, please feel free to donate to the following gofundme page:

Nick and I have been doing charity events at Trend for the past couple of years and we’ve raised circa £5k across the 7 events we’ve held. From these events it’s been the fundraising of local importance where we have come in to our own, bringing the local businesses and the community together has been inspiring! We are already looking forward to doing more in 2024.
