2nd place- Inga Kucerenko from San Martino Canavese, TO competing with flavor “Sam Martin” Zabaione with Caluso Passito DOCG, variegated with Martin Sec pears cooked in Carema Nebbiolo DOC with cinnamon, cloves and star anise to recreate the famous mulled wine well known in the Canavese area
