Good morning, I just wanted to let you know that I have decided to call it a day with ArtyandPartybags! It’s been weighing on my mind recently and I haven’t been fully committed to the business/account for a little while. All my efforts are now being out into as this is where my hearts is! I am also re training.
I want say thank you for your support over the years! You have all been fabulous.
I will be having a big sale at some point, I have lots of fun bits to list. Including loads of Kinfolk items which I never managed to list 🫣🥴

Calling all space cadets! There’s a new party bag in town.
I admittedly have been a little quite on here recently, not 100% sure why but I have been working behind the scenes and managed to come up with a new Space themed party bag!
This is probably my favourite… the lovley .withdough has let me include there fantastic playdough which smells absolutely divine! (Do not eat! Very salty 😂) cutter from who we all love and then a few other wooden accessories. No plastic tat! 🙌

Well, this morning has definitely been a little test!
I woke up feeling rather rubbish from a cold and decided to quickly pop into town to get some food, when I hit a pothole and I now have the car abandoned in a lay-by with a flat tyre🥴 the roads are so bad around here due to HS2 traffic.
But I have just returned to a parcel which has brightened up my day. The beautiful paper has arrived from and I can now start making some Easter crackers… I will only be making a limited batch as I know crackers aren’t for everyone at Easter but I do think they make the table look gorgeous… I will be making pre filled and fill your own.

I can’t believe it’s going to be half term next week, it’s come around so quickly and I am definitely not ready… having 3 children of different ages it’s so so tricky/tiring keeping them all happy 🥴 and expensive!
Don’t forget it’s valentines next Tuesday, I have a few of the kits left as they will still be available after valentines as I also believe they would make lovely Mother’s Day gifts.

So, I have ended up buying a new toy and I can now print on paper bags! I am so excited by this. Obviously it’s cheaper and more eco conscious! And the bags can be personalised. What do you think?

Happy Thursday! It’s so so close to the weekend.
I have two new kits coming this weekend. They are both based around ‘Love’ the first kit which be released on Friday at 8 pm is a ‘Love’ bracelet making kit, perfect for that special someone or your best friends at school. Each kit will make 5 beautiful bracelets and all the beads are either glass or metal, no plastic fantastic.
The second kit will be released on Saturday at 8pm. This will be a ‘Heart trinket’ dish pottery kit. You will have enough clay etc to make at least 7 little trinket dishes. Included are some very cute little wooden letter stamps and paints etc to decorate…

How are we all? I have ended up taking quite a long break from Instagram and the shop! 🫣 I am definitely unsure of whether the shop will keep going this year, as like many small businesses it’s worrying times and I may need to start thinking about getting a bit more of a reliable income.
Having said that I am however working on 2 Valentines craft kits! They will be small but friendly to your pocket money! I am trying to have a little over hall of the business to make items cheaper but it’s hard doing that and also keeping it eco friendly 🥴
Please watch this space and hopefully all will be revealed by the end of next week!
Also, I am now child free 🥳 absolutely love them to pieces but also love the quiet.

Hello, it’s been ages since I have been on. It’s been very very busy and I have sold out of my crackers which is amazing. Unfortunately I have been struck down with some Flu type bug and have been written off all weekend. I am slowly getting through all the orders and hopefully by the end of the week I will be finished!
I can’t wait, I am shattered and need some rest 😂 Thank you so much for all the support xx

Things are hotting up over here! I may need to shut my shop to play catch up! I only have a few boxes left but I am at max capacity at the moment and starting a little anxious about getting everything out by the deadline.

Exciting day today, we are finally getting our log burner installed 🙌🙌 just in time as it’s definitely getting colder..

It’s coming… we are so close to selling out which I am so grateful for! This year has been the best to date which has totally shocked me as I was so worried due to the current climate!
